With over 25 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector and in education, Aurelie specializes in regenerative strategies for sustainable safe work places. Aurelie an expert in safeguarding, investigations, and operational policies. Aurelie is an expert in addressing SEAH (Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment), investigations, developing effective reporting mechanisms and managing regenerative change processes. As a certified coach and facilitator, she is dedicated to creating ethical and impactful solutions, Aurelie provides tailored guidance and training to empower organizations and people in organizations in promoting transparency, accountability, and trust.
Senior Consultant, Humanitarian Sector
Elena Sgorbati is a seasoned humanitarian professional with 30+ years in international aid leadership, specializing in SEAH investigations and safeguarding consultancy. With specialized certifications in crime analysis and sexual violence investigation, she previously served as Deputy General Director and Emergency Director. Known for her empathetic approach and multilingual abilities, she advises multiple international organizations on safeguarding matters.
